She, herself, does 3 to 4 sets for each exercise and 8 to 12 repetitions for each set. However, she believes that one should select the number of sets and repetitions based on what works best for him/her. Her favorite methods of training are HIRT (High Intensity Resistance Training) and HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) which focus on high intensity in a short time. Furthermore, she does not include much cardio in her workouts since she wants to grow her legs and butt. She does not count the calories she takes. Meggan only keeps track of the carbohydrates. Most of her foods consist of lean protein, fruits, and vegetables. Her typical day’s diet can contain eggs, milk, banana shake, chocolate protein powder, peanut butter, salmon, lean beef burger, sweet potato, hummus, spinach, broccoli, low fat bacon medallions, and baby potatoes.

Her role model, from the outset of her fitness journey until now, has been Tammy Hembrow for “her bum,” as she says. Interestingly, part of her prominence among the fitness community is due to her music talents. Other than having the level three of Personal Training Qualification, she is also a BIMM London graduate (a music school in London).
