Early life and domestic issues
Paige Hathaway was born on 31th of July 1987. She is from a small town in the border of Minnesota. When she was young, her living situation was volatile. Living in a trailer with her alcoholic father, Paige survived off food stamps. She went through a sad divorce and a custody battle when she was 4 years old.
Her mother took Paige and left to live with some guy in Texas who she had met online. Because her mother kind of stole her, police tracked her down and eventually gave Paige to her grandmother.
Still, this was not the end of her problems. For the next 13 years, Hathaway moved between foster homes and two families.
At the age of 17, She moved to Oklahoma City and continue to live there to the present day.
As soon as she was old enough, Hathaway worked several jobs to raise money for college. As a student, she loved working out and trained in the university gym whenever she could.
But, she didn’t pay any attention to her diet. College Paige was thin with hardly any muscle tone. She played soccer and kept active throughout college, but never took nutrition very seriously.
Paige finally accepted that being too thin was as bad as being overweight. She became unsatisfied with her body and found a new desire to become a strong and fit woman. That is what motivated her to start a healthy lifestyle in the first place.
She graduated with a degree in sports medicine.
Paige began taking nutrition seriously after one of the personal trainers at her gym told her about Bikini competitions. She properly educated herself on the matter and the talk with the trainer inspired her, even more, to become healthy and fit.
Ronnie Coleman Classic
It didn’t take much time until she decided to compete in her first Ronnie Coleman Classic show. She raised her training intensity and for 4 months, she pushed her body more than she had ever done before.
Finally, match day arrived for Paige. After months of severe training, she walked on the stage of the biggest NPC statewide competition in the US.
She didn’t get to the first place prize, but after being placed second, she earned a place on the podium.
Paige was proud of herself, but pride wasn’t the only experience from the competition that she took home. Paige found out just how much exposure she had gained from the show, and she was craving for more. She set her sights on motivating others through social media.
Paige created an Instagram profile in 2015 in an attempt to build a more significant fan base. Soon after, She got a mass of followers liking her pictures of her workouts and physique.
Paige decided to create a subscription website and become a personal trainer. She plans personalized training and diet programs for her clients, as well as posting videos and pictures on her site to keep her fans happy.

She is a fan of high reps and usually sticks to 10-25 reps per set except for leg day which she goes up to 50 reps. Her favorite exercises spin around her legs and bottom.
She trains the abs three times a week, on whichever days she feels best. Except on leg day, Hathaway always ends her workouts with 15-35 minutes of cardio, making sure to burn some extra undesired calories and stay fit. She also finishes her week with a rest day, to prevent overworking her body and letting it recover.
Hathaway usually keeps herself on a strict diet to stay strong all-year-round. Her favorite food is red bell peppers.
But, she does give herself a cheat day, once a week – she enjoys eating chocolate, a cheese pizza, and froyo on cheat days. Why cheat day? As Paige put it: “I need a cheat day, so I work out much harder when I am on. My go-to is definitely pizza.”
